This E chen203-00 pump is the latest technology that has self regulatiing water output. This explained means that as your reverse osmosis membranes become calcified/ worn out and the flow through them is restricted, this pump with it patented technology reduces the flow of water to protect the diaphragm. There are no other similar reverse osmosis booster pumps on the market that can demonstrate this innovative feature.

Booster Pump & power supply, will suit a 300gpd RO filter system.
This pump will provide a flow of 2 litres per minute @70psi
This is the brand new design self regulating EC-203-300 pump. These are optimised to work with most standard unpumped RO Water Filters. This pump is also suitable for use with 300gpd reverse osmosis membrane combinations.

This pump is not designed for continuous use and must not be used for more than 4hrs before it is rested for 30minutes. This is normal for all diaphragm pumps, this prevents overheating and damage to the pump. Damage caused to the pump caused by continuous use is not covered by the warranty on the pump.

As you may be aware that RO Water Filter output is dependant upon a good Water Pressure & Water Temperature. Here in the UK the Tap water temperature is quite stable, but the mains water pressure can vary from a low 20 to a high 80psi, (1.5-5.5bar). Most RO systems do require at least 50psi to operate well. If you have a RO system and the output is extremely low you may need a booster pump.

Booster pumps will dramatically improve the amount of water produced from you RO Water Filter. As a rule of thumb if you can provide the right pressure & volume of water for your system you should be able to achieve approximately, 50/60% of the rated membrane output.

Membranes are tested at 23ºC and for each ºC below this temperature you lose around 4% output, this is a guide. So the sellers on the internet that state one of their pumps will ensure you get the stated output from the membrane do not understand the technicalities of the product. We would rather provide you with the information that we know to be accurate.

It is important to match the capacity of your pump to the size of your membrane. It would be pointless pairing this pump up with a 400 gallon membrane and expecting an amazing result as the output is too low.

This is specifically designed for 300 gallon membrane configurations (eg 2x150gallon,) This pump is too large for a single 50/75/100/150/200gpd RO system.
